受強烈颱風梅姬來襲，北北基昨（二十八）日仍停班停課，新北市為避免影響已向戶所預約結婚登記民眾的權益，仍提供結婚登記服務，昨一早各戶所主動先電話通知預約結婚登記的民眾仍可前往辦理。如遇外縣市戶政系統未能開機，將由各戶政事務所先行收件，於系統恢復運作後再辦理結婚登記，並以原收件日為結婚生效日，昨（二十八）日累計共有三十對新人完成終身大事。

新北市民政局長江俊霆表示，雖梅姬颱風攪局昨仍停班停課，但秉持服務精神，昨天仍然提供結婚登記，根據各戶所統計資料顯示，昨天共受理三十對新人結婚登記，而昨剛好適逢教師節，也是適合結婚的吉日，在三十對新人中有十對新人是原先已預約，但受理過程中仍接到數通民眾致電詢問是否有服務結婚登記，後來仍有二十對新人前來辦理。

倆人因工作認識的八年級生黃先生與邱小姐，三年前邱小姐向黃先生告白成功，昨天剛好交往滿三年，彼此早已認定攜手共度一生，特別選在九月二十八日辦理結婚登記。黃先生說，原本想說因為颱風攪局無法完成結婚登記，但一早戶政人員貼心打電話來祝賀並通知我們颱風天仍可辦登記，當下真心感動，謝謝樹林戶所人員特地加班幫我們完成登記。

（中央社記者馮昭上海25日電）總部位於中國大陸深圳的保千里視像科技集團昨天舉辦「保千里打令（darling）VR手機」發布會，宣布VR鏡頭和手機融合，是全球首款VR手機。

澎湃新聞今天報導，保千里打令智能部門執行長（CEO）唐德川表示，前段時間所謂的VR（虛擬實境）手機只是手機和眼罩結合，不算是嚴格意義上的VR手機，只能說是手機VR，並不是VR技術和手機技術的融合。

唐德川表示，手機競爭到現在，主要是在拍照領域，真正要進行革命性的創新，肯定是跳出手機行業的技術。保千里實現了VR鏡頭和手機的融合。

這款手機的售價不低。至尊版有一根3.08g的金條，還有鑽石，售價為人民幣8800元（約新台幣4.2萬元），精英版為3980元（約新台幣1.9萬元），將於11月開始陸續交貨。1051025
